Become a Learn to Swim Teacher

Join one of South West Sydney’s leading swim schools!
We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about teaching children and understand the importance of water safety. If you enjoy working with kids and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
No experience? No problem — we can help you gain an Australia-wide qualification through Swim Australia.

Requirements 

To be considered for a position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum age: 15 years
Working With Children Check (WWCC) – required if over 18
Current CPR certificate
Availability to work afternoon and/or weekend shifts
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid Australian work visa

 Lifeguard Position – Join Our Team!

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Lifeguard to join our swim school team!In this role, you'll help ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families by supervising aquatic areas, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean, secure swimming environment.
Requirements:Current Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)First Aid & CPR qualificationsStrong communication skills and attention to detailA positive, team-oriented attitude

Receptionist Position – Join Our Front Desk Team!

We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our swim school!As the first point of contact for families and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience, assisting with bookings, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Great communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with computers and booking/payment systems
Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
A positive attitude and team spirit
