Pool Party Fun All Year Round
Your birthday child and their guests can discover the excitement of swimming in warm water and great indoor facilities all year round, regardless of the weather. Our pool area is designed to provide the best swimming environment for all ages. Staff supervision guarantees fun activities both in and out of the water, and the party table adds to making this a perfect location for your child’s Birthday party. Time flies and most parents “can’t get them out of the water” at the end of the session.
POOL Party:
= o Use of our pool area for 1.5/2 hours
o 30 min Party table time
o Minimum 10 children; maximum 25 children
o A minimum of one adult per 5 children must be in attendance
o Two staff members to coordinate the party and help with set up, and
coordinate games and pool activities.
o Two choices of party table food, plus drinks
o Table coverings, plates, cups, serviettes etc
o Balloons
o You may bring your own Birthday cake
Party Activities:
Our staff members will greet your child and their guests and take them to our party area, which will be ready for their special day. We will entertain your guests with fun pool activities and maintain control as the group enjoys the water.
Party Cost:
o $20 per child, over 2 years of age
o All children over 2 yrs attending will be counted, regardless of whether they swim.
o $2.50 entry per adult attending
o Use of electric Barbeque free of charge.
All ages are welcome and no-one is too young or old to enjoy a
pool party! Children who cannot swim independently must be accompanied
by an adult in the water, at all times. Adults are encouraged to be involved
in the fun in the water with the children.
Parties Times:
Saturdays 12pm – 3pm Summer Timetable
12pm - 2pm Winter Timetable (12pm – 1pm Training pool only available)
Sundays 12pm – 3pm Summer Timetable
10am - 2pm Winter Timetable (10am – 12.30pm Training pool only available).
The first 1 1/2 hours is in the pool, followed by 30mins at the party table.
Booking Details:
o $50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking to hold the party date
oBalance is due one week prior to the party
oAny additional numbers attending will be charged on the day
o Booking agreement must be signed and returned
oYou can bring your own Birthday cake
o Barbeque facilities are available. Bring your own meat and salads.
Please bring swimmers and towels for all children.
